Finally have word that the sidewalk landscaping is moving foward. I spoke with a representative of the Cordova Parks Department today. The plans that Beazer submitted have finally been approved and Beazer is supposed to get that approval in writing this week... hopefully the front of our streets won't be dirty dangerous mud puddles for too much longer.

I can also confirm that an agreement between Beazer, CRPD, and the City to maintain the stips of grass around the parks has been hammered out.
This should get the parks open fairly soon, with a full-tilt grand opening sometime in March.
